Statutory 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
In compliance with the Polish Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014 (Ustawa z dnia 30 maja 2014 r. o prawach konsumenta) and Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council, consumers have the legal right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 calendar days without stating any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days from the date on which the consumer (or a third party indicated by the consumer) takes physical possession of the delivered physical items.

Standard editorial content, articles, and public wellness guides on Bugar Indo are free of charge and do not require financial transactions. Access may be discontinued by the user at any time simply by navigating away from the site.
Where specialized digital reports, downloadable whitepapers, or premium research compilations are made available for purchase, access is provided instantly following checkout upon explicit consumer consent and acknowledgement that instant digital delivery waives the withdrawal right once downloading begins, pursuant to Article 38 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act.
Physical Return Procedure & Address
To exercise your statutory right of withdrawal for physical educational booklets or research compendiums, submit an unambiguous statement informing us of your decision to withdraw. You may send an email notification to [email protected].
Returned physical items must be safely packaged and dispatched to our registered business address: PETRON SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ, Opatkowice 146 F, 32-100 Proszowice, Poland, within 14 days from notifying us of withdrawal.
Refund Processing & Timelines
Upon receiving the returned physical goods in undamaged, merchantable condition, we will refund all payments received from you (including standard initial delivery charges) without undue delay and in any event within 14 calendar days.
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method utilized for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. Consumers will not incur any fees as a consequence of such reimbursement.
Damaged or Defective Items (Statutory Warranty)
Under Polish Civil Code provisions governing statutory warranty for defects (rękojmia), consumers are entitled to file a complaint if physical educational goods have defects or were damaged in transit.
Upon receiving proof of damage or inspection of the defective item, we will either provide an immediate free replacement or grant a full refund according to your preference.
